Consilium Group LLC was founded by Peter LaFleur in 2001 with the objective of offering the discipline and effectiveness of a major global consulting firm with the efficiency of a boutique.

In combination with its sister firm LMC Consulting, Consilium is a premier Pacific Northwest based management consulting firm. Consilium provides services to the healthcare industry, while LMC serves non-healthcare clients.

We pride ourselves on delivering practical, implementable results that bring value to the bottom line of our clients. Our consultants have on average more than 20-years of experience with top tier global management consulting firms or relevant industry experience.
